BlockLabs ("we," "us," or "our") operates RoRadar at roradar.xyz. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using RoRadar, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name.

Profile data: Information you provide during onboarding, including your role, goals, and genre interests.

Usage data: How you interact with the platform — pages visited, features used, AI Advisor messages sent.

Payment information: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. We only store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Connected game data: If you connect your Roblox game via the "Your Game" feature, we store the Universe ID you provide and associate it with your account.

Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Personalize your experience (e.g., AI Advisor context, genre recommendations)
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmations, billing receipts)
• Send The Radar newsletter if you have opted in
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use the following third-party services to operate RoRadar:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting. Your account data and usage data is stored in Supabase.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Anthropic — AI responses in the Advisor feature. Messages you send to the AI Advisor are processed by Anthropic's API. Do not include sensitive personal information in AI Advisor prompts.
• Resend — email delivery for newsletters and transactional emails.
• Netlify — web hosting and infrastructure.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

RoRadar uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We may use basic analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

AI Advisor conversation history is stored in your account and can be deleted at any time from the Advisor page.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data via your account Settings
• Delete your account and associated data from Settings
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or Settings

RoRadar is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security on our database. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
