Terms of Service

By accessing or using RoRadar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by BlockLabs ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

RoRadar is an analytics and intelligence platform for Roblox game developers. The Service provides data including concurrent player counts, revenue estimates, genre trends, leaderboard data, and AI-generated advisory content. Revenue estimates and analytics figures are approximations based on publicly available data and proprietary modeling — they are not guaranteed to be accurate.

RoRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at yaru.connect@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

RoRadar offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

All prices are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time, except within the 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact yaru.connect@gmail.com within 7 days of your charge.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Promo codes grant temporary or permanent access to paid tiers. Codes are non-transferable, single-use per account unless otherwise stated, and may not be redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to revoke access granted by promo codes in cases of abuse.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service
• Use AI-generated advisory content from the Service to mislead others
• Attempt to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BlockLabs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.

Game data, player counts, and game names referenced on the platform are the property of their respective owners. RoRadar does not claim ownership over third-party game data.

The AI Advisor feature generates responses using large language models. These responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. You should not make business or financial decisions based solely on AI-generated content. BlockLabs is not liable for any decisions made based on AI Advisor output.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. REVENUE ESTIMATES AND ANALYTICS DATA ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEES OF ACCURACY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOCKLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
